In 2025, I knew it was time to step out of my executive role in Information Technology and step fully into Mindset and Professional Mentoring. After 30 years of leading people and teams, I kept seeing the same gap: incredibly talented individuals who were nowhere near the roles they were created for.
Imposter syndrome, mindset barriers, and the absence of real, intentional mentoring in the workplace were holding people back from stepping into their God‑given potential. I watched brilliant professionals doubt themselves, shrink their ambitions, and settle for less than the careers they were meant to build.
I transitioned into this work because I believe people deserve more—more clarity, more confidence, more support, and more opportunity to grow into the strongest, most capable version of themselves.
